Need an activity for older children to help with scripture memorization?
Have your child:
1. Count the number words in the scripture and find the same number of rocks outside.
2. Wash and paint a word from the verse on each rock.
3. Let rocks dry.
4. Have your child put the verse in order using their painted rocks.
** To make it more challenging, add extra rocks/words to the rock pile for unscrambling.
** The more Scripture your child(ren) learn you can start adding two and three verses together to be unscrambled.
